These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of offhr.au (the Site) and the purchase of any goods or services from offhr (we, us, our). By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

offhr is operated as a sole trader in Australia, trading as "offhr". offhr conducts business in Australian Dollars (AUD).

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
