I've shared my code — how do I know if someone's used it?
Log into your dashboard to see your orders, how many people used your code and link, and your earnings in real time.
When do I get paid?
Commission is held while your order ships and clears its return window — it becomes available to withdraw around 30 days after delivery. Once available, withdraw any time your balance is over $20, via PayID or bank transfer (3–5 business days).
Is there a maximum I can earn?
No max. Everyone starts at 8% commission, and we're rolling out member levels that climb to 15% plus monthly vouchers — early members are first in line.
Do my followers get a discount?
Yes — your unique code gives your followers 10% off their order.
Who can become an ambassador?
You must be 18 or older, based in Australia, and have an active public Instagram or TikTok.

Anything else I should know?
Please don't post your code on OFFHR's own social posts. And never add your code or link to coupon sites or use it in paid search ads on OFFHR's brand terms — we check, and it's grounds for removal from the program.
